Hi, I recently started a website with Athletes and programs something similar to [login to view URL] and am still looking for that guy who can help me do it right.

Am looking for someone to make the website as effective as possible without me telling him what to do because i dont have the knowledge for it.

With my previous and current designer i had to tell him all the plans and how to do this and that, i cant work like this because i have no knowledge thats not my job.

We have a network of 5M followers on instagram plus all the athletes/influencers that will bring traffic to the site daily, I will focus on growing the website and bring more athletes and plans in because thats what i have the knowledge to do. With how the website works, designs etc i cant think everything my self.

So i need someone to control on everything.

Designs, writings, back end work, to create emails and send them to all the subscribers when we have sale days and everything thats needed that i cant think of. Someone to keep improving the site everyday and on each update.
