POST CARD FOR MAIL; I need some Graphic Design

I am looking for (3) post cards designed for a bulk mail program.
Front and back will be full color. Back will need a location for mailing information that is acceptable for US Postal Service.
Full Bleed Size
Horizontal
8.64" x 5.59"
219 x 142 mm
2592 x 1677 pixels
Each design will consist of large image on front with short message.
Back will feature the same information on all 3 postcards and product line images with mailing location
I may provide large image for front as well...
This is a simple job, you will need to know US mail specifications.
