I need a skilled designer to create 2 options for formal and professional PDF report templates that I can use for writing my reports based. The designer should adeptly incorporate various visual elements including charts and graphs, images and icons, as well as tables and grids. The report template should be visually enhancing, easy to read and maintain. I will provide clear and detailed requirements of the elements, pages, sequencing of elements and other formatting requirements. I will also provide a snippet example of the main report content for clarification (attached). This example is the current format of the report and would need to be enhanced along with other template elements that will need to be added to this report.
