NFT collection Design 100

I am wanting to make a new brand of NFTs, based on 100 exclusive NFTs released a quarter. The lower the number, the more exclusive the NFT. I am looking for an artist to make unique, eclusive and prestigious content to fullfill this.
I am still uncertain on the exact design and am looking for an artist who can influece the design. I was thinking of cartoon individuals tiered in diffrent colours. The top ten will be platnum background, and the individuals will be decked out, to look extremely prestigious. The second tier (11-25) will be dimond, and will also look prestigious, but not as much. The third tier will be the gold will be numbered (25-50) and the fourth tier will be silver 50-75 and final tier bronze 75-100. Each tier will be slighly less prestigous and dazzling the more they go down, but still unique and presigious overall. Each NFT will have a number (1-100) so the NFT is identifiable.
