I know how Fundbox works. We can do something like it in around 5 months of work. Also considering what Fundbox does, I would recommend not using WP or Drupal. They are restrictive. I propose we use Laravel as base framework. This will give us more room to make the functionality needed here. But if you really want to use WP or Drupal it is not a problem since we have a lot of experience in both and I suggest Drupal.
