Hey everybody!
My name is Ryan. I'm writing a book about fitness, and I need help coming up with a design concept for a specific section of it.
The section of the book makes three main points. I need to create a one page graphic for each "main point" to compliment the text.
The three main points are:
1) As you lose weight, you burn fewer calories, even if your activity levels stay exactly the same
2) So if you lose weight, but keep your food intake the same, you will be in a smaller calorie deficit
3) As you lose weight, you'll need to reduce your food intake, in order to maintain the same rate of weight loss as when your diet started.
I have attached a few designs that I've come up with, while playing around on Canva. These are just rough ideas that I've created, to try and give a better idea of the graphic style that I'm interested. These are only rough ideas, and are not set in stone by any means.
Image 1 corresponds with main point 1
Image 2-8 corresponds with main point 2
Image 9 and 10 correspond with main point 3
I don't require original artwork or commercial use images, as I am working with an illustrator, and also license stock images from Canva. Please feel free to use stock images, or if required, I can send some images as well.
