We need a small splash screen with 4 buttons for a website (should be responsive and must work well with mobile as well as with other screen sizes)

The splash screen should have some animation or micro animation and give a nice feel. Perhaps an animated svg of the logo (we will provide the logo in vector form or ai file for you to animate)
On touching the logo or swiping up 4 buttons will appear and logo will become smaller and shift to the top. Each button click will take user to respective link.
If user drags the screen down then the logo animation will grow bigger once again and the buttons will move down.
The color palette/theme is uploaded here as an image. Will share the logo and button links once project is awarded.
Should be made with mobile first strategy and should be responsive.
