Modify Website Template

Hello, I am looking for a simple one page website. I want to use this template: [login to view URL] I need the order of the items modified on the main page so that it will show: 1) Domain name registration bar and main splash screen 2) Three hosting plans 3) Then the services (green section) 4) Then data center locations (blue section) with some small modifications 5) Then contact us section (can be taken from the other page) 6) Then the footer (Which will be smaller then the template) That will be the main page. I also need the following pages made: - Clean login page using the same theme of the website - Checkout page that includes: Details of hosting package, details of domain name, bar to order domain name, boxes to select hosting package, form with information, form for credit card payment, and maybe an updating total on the right side? - A thank you page (for confirming sent message, or for confirming payment made) In total there will be 4 pages you will make. This bid is for the creating of the template only. You will not be doing any programming to make the contact form or order form work, this is already done. You will not be supplying any text, this is already done. This is a pretty easy project that should take someone a couple hours to complete.
