Modern Minimalist Bid Template

I’m looking for a designer who can turn my rough content into a polished Microsoft Word template that presents our capabilities in a crisp, minimalistic and modern style. The document’s single focus is to showcase what we can do, not to rework the whole proposal process, so clean typography, balanced white space and subtle use of colour are key. Please build the file directly in Word (.docx) so my team can update copy and insert images without needing additional software. The only mandatory section right now is an Executive Summary placed up-front; the remaining pages can stay as flexible content placeholders for future expansion as long as they follow the same visual system. Deliverables • Editable .docx template with paragraph and heading styles pre-defined • A quick one-pager explaining the style guide (fonts, colours, spacing) so we can keep everything consistent I’ll supply brand colours, logo files and draft copy as soon as we start.
