Merchandise Retrieval & Payment Collect
I need a Equipment Retrieval & payment Website created from scratch. This will include 3 Modules plus the website page & Design. This website will be created from scratch, meaning totally new so will have use your own creativity! I can only provide minimal documents to guide you on exactly what we require.
1. Back-Admin/ & Front-End
-Messaging system to interact with Clients and Technician/Users
- SQL Database of all equipment and payments received.
-Ability to create message pop-up alerts to alert clients and users
- Ability to create billing invoices to bill Clients.
-Ability to Add, Edit, Delete and Lock User or Clients access.
-Ability Assign selective work orders received from clients to specific user/technicians
-Ability to Add, Edit, Upload or Delete website information on the front-end.
-Ability to upload or download documents submitted by the clients or users/technicians.
Ability to collect payments and process them in real time.
Ability to Cancel or Refresh Work Orders as needed and Edit History Journals on each of the Clients customers account.
-Ability to Lock, Edit or Delete Users or Clients accounts.
2. Client Admin:
Must have database of customers uploaded and have the ability to add, edit or delete account information.
Ability to Upload & Download Documents and Pictures for each work order submitted by Client, Back Admin or Users/Technician..
Ability to upload information to be placed in Queue status to be assigned by Back-Admin to user/technician for field work.
Add customer information to submit to Back-Admin to assign work-orders to Technicians.
Add- SQL Database of all equipment and payments received.
3. User/Technician interface (A Web-Page that the Technicians can access from their smart phones) which has to be Android/Apple phone friendly to input and submit items/equipment retrieved from the customers home or business. All information collected must be dated and time-stamped when submitted. A history journal" must be created on each account worked by the technician... The history should include notes made by the technician and all information must be Dated and Time-Stamped... Ability to upload documents and pictures to every account being worked on behalf of the Client. Ability to collect payments and process them in real time. Also incorporate google mapping system on the Technician screen with respect to the customers address shown on their phone screen. Technicians have to be able to login on their Phone Application and view the work-orders and process and submit the required information requested by the Client and Admin.
