I need a website that can have 3 levels +Admin master level. Level 1 is individual seller Level 2 Is Professional seller where he can admin seller account from his dashboard. Level 3 Will be Distributor Seller where he can add or remove Level 1 or Level 2 accounts. Website will take money form buyer and release money only when buyer approves or after items has been delivered after 72 hour on default. this website should be something like what Poshmark is allready doing. When buyer buys seller will be able to print a shipping labels on the input data from buyer. All levels cans set % rate of sales profit from each Level Seller account. Each seller will be able to upload their own product and image art plus basic metadata required for live submission. Each Seller Level should be able to have their own page on site with items and be able to customized their brand logo and also be able to place a rotating banner of 4 images so they can promote what they are selling. Buyer will only be able to message to seller with master admin approving of messages before appearing in seller inbox. this website need to be android and apple friendly and place on the google app store. We need an internal music jukebox player that will only play music provided by Master admin. We need categories of genres of music to be place under Genre tab. Also we will have merchandising tab with drop down menu that will have more selectable items. Main landing page should be able to have rotating logo carousal and rotating banner carousal . Main page should have special boxes to promote new artist and music cd/products. Newsletter sign up, about, contact, multiple languages, accept paypal and dispense payment in paypal app.
