Make a website for Nordic Apartments in Reykjavik Iceland

We need a simple, elegant, but yet effective web site to attract customers to book at our apartment hotel.
Site needs to be responsive (big screens to phone screens).
We want the web site made in a web platform like Wordpress or Joomla for our convenience to be able to control, add and change later.

We would like recommendations on effective marketing actions, advice on how to put together a catching and fitting text (optimized for marketing goals and SEO goals) having in mind our strengths as a company.

We would like our site to be picture-driven and clearly go from one apartment to another, showing their facade look and entering into the different apartments because apartments are in different locations. We have the pictures needed, but needs to be easy to change pictures. Having easily understandable signage for different attributes of an apartment etc. Have maps that show our different locations. All simple and understandable.
Booking buttons for accommodation that lead to an external booking engine that we have a contract with. No need for any payment gateway, it is already existing.

We also need some help in making a nice looking dynamic html-email with similar graphics as the home-page. This html form we (the buyer) will then take and embed into our automatic e-mail system that adds some variables to include personal information on the booker and the booking, in that way the email becomes personal, exact and dynamic.
