Logo and Favicon for Website

I am setting up a website called "Explain it...better!" for secondary school students (age 11-18) to upload their own video tutorials to try and make a video that explains a concept better than existing tutorials. The theme and colour scheme of the site will look like this: [url removed, login to view]

But instead of the "videotube" logo, the site needs a customised logo and a favicon for the browser tabs. Size and colour should fit in well with look of site. Bear in mind that background will be white (as in the demo site).

The site will be called "Explain it...better!" so I would like this text to be in the logo.

I would like the logo in full colour, 2-colour for print, and black and white, all vector based, as well as high resolution images.
