2 Logo Designs

We need a new logo for 2 of our websites. The Super Guide and Web Advice.
I've attached a .png of a rough version of what we want for the super guide but we want a more polished professional look and not so cartoonish. We will provide a PSD of our mascot with a clear background to use and also a jpg of the background it has to fit on on the website as the space is limited and has to be in a box like shape.
The second design is for a new site we're building and I have not done a mock up for this one. We need a logo that says "Web Advice" - Something with just the words written with a professional look, nothing fancy, perhaps one example could be in metallic silver type look.
We would like 3 designs done of each to choose from and the final one choosen we'd like to have provided in a PSD file.
