We are looking for an intelligent and creative website design and development company to build a website.
We are a cleaning company and we require below:
3/4 Main services listed and customer can build a price quote based on their requirements, book online option. Customer can search for online slots availability, put all the necessary information for booking, pay online. This system should be able to send customer an invoice straight after the service is booked. Customer can modify or ammend the online booking until 3 days prior to the service takes place, if its less than 3 working days, then customer need to contact us via phone/email.
Please note, customer has his/her login area and may have the option to attach images, word or pdf documents which will then be emailed to us.
Please note, we can also increase or decrease the number of booking slots, depending on number of days etc.
Please note, this website should have a fantastic logo, very fast loading website, a great design, a great development, all social pages created, designed and integrated, we will require everything to be easy, straight forward, quick as well as desktops, mobiles, ipads and tablets and other devices friendly!
Each time a customer will search something related to those services, it must come up as a unique word on the website and the URL, so it can be found as a locally based business.
Please note, customer can pay half or full amount on the time of booking, each time customer will pay, he/she will receive quick confirmations.
Please note, this website will be for 3 main parties
Estate Agents
Landlords
Tenants
and then the sub-contractors who go and do the job, tenants, landlords and estate agents can build their quote.
And sub contractors can view and print their jobs and we can modify/cancel/delete or update job informations, special notes, etc.
We need this done asap and if this project goes well, we have 2 other projects, one same kind of thing for a taxi business and another for bed and breakfast business.
We are looking for people with great speciality, eye to detail for design, development, seo, user tracking, good customer experience on the website and traffic logs and to stop online abuse e.g. website will tell the customer the number of visits he/she had on our website and create a unique reference.
If customer was making the booking but had put his/her name/email, phone number but did not proceed with the booking, we should still have it saved.
As I said, we need someone intelligent, hard working, dedicated and committed and more work can follow
