Font and Livery Design

I am painting my private aircraft. All aircraft have Registrations. Mine is VH-RLB. There are lots and lots of rules governing the use of the rego but Id like to incorporate it into the paint design called a livery. Task 1: using the brief construct 2 fonts based on the Registration VH-RLB. Each font will be ITALICS with the slope of the italics going backward (towards the rear of the aircraft to give the impression of speed). Id like to base the font on the HAAS Formula 1 team logo font. The file format will be used for the graphic design and to create a tape mask for painting. Task 2: Generate a painting plan by putting the scheme on the white aircraft supplied in the attached file. Attached is an example of a painting plan and a white aircraft for the painting plan. I'm not a graphic designer but I have put a lot of thought into what I want the paint scheme to represent using technical logic such as temperature, UV exposure and how a paint fades over time. This is an outdoor aircraft and the target lifespan of the paintwork is 15 years, so a lot of the thought process is keeping the paint looking great for a long period of time. Given this, I wish to use a grey color scheme for the execption of an area of the wing which will be covered and The mandatory design rules: CASA (Australia's FAA) has a lot of rules regarding the Registration marks. The letters need to be 500mm high, the width is roughly 2/3 (or 333mm). Spacing is roughly 150mm between each letter. The dash is 333mm long. The maximum slope of italics is 35 degrees. My design guidelines: Use solid color, not metallic color. Metallic colors look great for only 5 years and then fade. Metallic are also very hard to color match is a repaint is required. Use of Bright White which has a reflectance of 96% (PPG BAC7067 (T25266) White). Use of WHITE on the composite areas which need sun protection such as the nose, engine cowls and the wings above the fuel bladder tanks. Use of dark grey to under surfaces of the fuselage where the sun exposure is not extreme. Use of a medium grey to contrast both white and dark grey. Medium Grey does not noticeably fade over time in the sun. On the wings I wish to use bright white and a medium grey. Medium grey on the rear of the wing hides dirt and oil stains. Use of Yellow and Dark Grey on the top and bottom of the wings (this area will be covered when not flying to prevent fading over time). My inspiration is the WW2 paint scheme OVERLANDER/ Invasion Stripes. For the color I have picked PPG Omega Yellow I3220 (T20350). And use the dark Grey or Black as the contrasting color.
