Extend existing design of a multiple choice question document and answer form for 120 questions

Info: this project is 70% done already. I need someone to do the last 30%. The disign files exist and you just need to apply this design (Adobe indesign) to the rest of the questions. Here the original brief of the whole project: I have 120 questions with 4 answers each. These need to be proofread for spelling mistakes and split up into 9 question mudules in A4 format. I will supply an excel file with the questions. You will find the modules in the first columns. All that are in one module need to go into one document. What I need you to do is: * Copy the questions and answers to a new indesign document in A4. Use the font Calibri. Use font size 11 for normal text (black) and font size Bold and 14 for headdings. Color should be #94,0,71 (rgb) for the headding. Ass check boxes and dont show which answer is correct. * Rearrange the order of the answers randomly please. I did not make sure the order is random so if you mix it up that would be good. * Add the title of the module to the first page in a nice looking way. Every module should have its own document, so I will need 9 separate documents. * add the Genoacademy Logo in a nice looking way. The logo can be downloaded here in the description. * Number the question starting from 1. Restart from one in every module * Proofread for incorrect spelling and wrong capitalization of letters. In the end I need a pdf file with these 9 lists of questions in the desired design. Then you also need to make one answer sheet for all modules. If possible, as few pages as possible. Clearly show which modules and which questions the user gives an answer to.. like: Module: Basic Genetics: Question 1: [ ]A [ ]B [ X] C [ ]D The answer sheet needs the following detaisl to be filled in in capital letters: Title First Name Surname Company Street and number post code city Country Eamil adress As well as a title and the texT: Please fill in all fields of this form and the answers to the mudules you would like to receive a certificate in. Then Scan and email them to: office at [login to view URL] or Fax them to: +43 662 42 50 99 44 If you receive a score of 80% or higher, you will receive the certificate as confirmation of having passed the module. This certificate can then be displayed to customers as a sign of competence. To save time, I would like to receive the first design of one page before you continue to the other pages. I will then give feedback of how to change it befrome you then apply the design to all other content. In the end I need a dropbox link with the indesign files for all documents and a PDF file for each document. thx.
