Erstellen einer Webseite

i need a webdesigner to fix 4 issues on my website: [login to view URL] 1. change the font for all headlines to [login to view URL] and the font for all bodies to yazata.ttf. i attached both fonts. 2. make the site's proportions "relative" so the site will be viewable on all different screen resolutions/devices. hence nothing gets cut off but the content will always "scale" accordingly to the viewer's resolution/device. i reckon this can be done using: <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1"> and then using % values for all sizes instead of pixel values 3. add a static (hence it will also b on the top when scrolling) menu bar with good looking buttons on the very top of the site using the [login to view URL] font. here r the menu points i ll need (from left to right): About (shall scroll to About headline) Music (shall scroll to Rootsstep Division Recordings Catalogue headline) Digital/Streaming/Vinyl Stores (shall scroll to Digital Stores headline) Live Events (shall scroll to Live Events headline) Free Mixtapes (shall scroll to Free Mixtape Downloads headline) Music Videos (shall scroll to Official Music Videos headline) Instrumentals Leasing (shall scroll to Beats/Riddims/Instrumentals Leasing headline) Sample Packs (shall scroll to Vocal Sample Packs headline) Merchandise (shall scroll to Dubstep Division Clothing headline) Newsletter (shall scroll to Newsletter headline) Donations (shall scroll to Donations headline) Contact (shall scroll to Contact headline) Discography (shall scroll to (Discography headline) FAQ (shall scroll to FAQs headline) Friends (shall scroll to Big Ups to headline) now it is important that the scrolling positions will not be absolute/definite (eg. with coordinates) but rather be (relative) links/references. the reason for this is to make it possible for me to add new sections/menu points later on and this wont then affect the scrolling to the (correct) positions of the already existing menu points 4. optimize site for mobil: reduce pageweight/page loading time and fix any issues being reported in the test on [login to view URL] if u wanna work on this job i d provide with u with all needed files (eg. [login to view URL], css files) so u can finish the job on ur test server and after approval send me these edited files so i can update em on my ftp server.
