Electronic Advertising - Banner artwork

Hi, Looking at getting 2 designs done. we have a criteria/ requirements that need to be adhered to. Branding Colours: Yellow - ffe512 Dark Grey - 595959 Light Grey- EBEBEC Font - Playfair Display Or Lato Example attached. We recommend banners to be supplied as either HTML5 or Animated/Static GIFs (SWF files are no longer accepted). No strobing. HTML5 banners must have an accompanying backup image. For instances where the user’s browsers do not support creative functionality, please supply a backup image in JPG, PNG or GIF. If the banner background colour is white and/or does not fill the entire space, please include a one pixel border of HEX web colour #CCCCCC. Creative must include a brand mark of the advertiser (this should be included on all frames). Creative must be of high quality i.e. acceptable image resolution and professional design standards. We reserve the right to reject based on pixelated/poor image quality. Creative should not mention other third party websites or review platforms such as Rate My Agent/Google Reviews etc. Banners must be used to showcase the agency or agents. Creatives that contain market claims are to be sustained with a disclaimer or data source. We reserve the right to remove or request amendments to any creative which is deemed unsuitable for the website. #1 Dimensions: 728×90px Format: HTML5 or Animated/Static GIF Max file size: 100kb (HTML5), 80kb (GIF, JPG, PNG) Back-up image: 40kb (GIF, JPG, PNG). Back-up image only required if you supply an HTML5 banner. Looping: Yes #2 Dimensions: 300 x 600px File size: 100kb Format: HTML5 Backup Image: 40kb JPG, PNG, GIF Looping: Yes Max animation length: Max animation length: 15 seconds unless user initiated. Animation can loop twice (play through 3 times). No continuous looping permitted. REA Served HTML5: Creative should be submitted in a Zip File containing (but not limited to) HTML, JS, CSS, GIF, JPEG. Adobe Edge is accepted. Refer to following HTML5 guide. Do not embed click-through URLs directly in to the code as this will not allow clicks to be tracked All external resources within the HTML must have secure URLs (https). We cannot accept HTML that pulls in non-secure content All external resources within the HTML must not exceed a combined file size of 100kb. HTML5 Rich Media: Must use approved REA Group Ad Server vendors: Sizmek, Atlas, Double Click. New 3rd party vendors can be approved on a case by case basis. Please allow 3 business days for testing.
