I can clone (duplicate ) your website and have it set up in a folder on the same server that you use. However I do not think that you can make changes to one and have the other replicate the changes. If you find someone to do that I would sure like to know about it. Usually you use the clone to make changes to make sure that they do not break the main website. Thanks for reading.

Hi, Duplicating a site is usually quite simple however keeping them in sync is another story. If there is a solution it can be more complex than the site itself and it depends on things like what kind of website do you have or where would be the clone site. The main question is what would you like to achieve by this? Maybe there is something else that can have the same result.
