Different navigation links for single posts view wordpress

Job Description:
Website is here: [url removed, login to view] as you can see it is one-page website and navigation links are to anchor id's so there is scroll function.
When you click and open some of latest news, site will move to single post view. On single post view when you try to click navigation links, they don't work anymore as we are on different [url removed, login to view] should work as they work on homepage.
And we cant do just straight url ([url removed, login to view]) links because then that nice scrolling function to sections does not work.
So i need solution for this and it should be done within next few hours. I can provide wordpress admin credentials.
