UX/UI Design of website homepage

Budget €8-30 EUR

Hey,

We are looking to rework our website => [login to view URL] We have a developer available that can create the website, but he has no UX/UI experience.

So I'm searching for a UX/UI designer to look at our draft layout (see pdf below). We are starting with the homepage only, and we might extend to all the other pages.

Please make sure you have a portfolio to show, as we need some prior experience. We are expecting some valid feedback points and suggestions to improve our layout. (Text is unrelevant)

We don't have haste for this and only need the feedback in the week of 14/02.
