Design a T-Shirt

I need a funky piece of tofu. If you don't believe that you can create the funkiest piece of tofu ever than disregard this job. I NEED THE FUNKIEST! I need a vector image in a PSD or AI format and/or JPG/PNG without an actual background as it is for a new product. The example attached is NOT an adequate representation of the product I need, but a failed attempt. A cartoon representation is perfect but it must give off a 70's feel to the whole image. below (and included in attached images) are some features that I think would work very well if executed correctly:
1 An afro (with a comb/pick in it.)
2 headphones
3 sunglasses
4 COLORS!
THINGS THAT ARE REQUIRED:
#1 It must be colorful, and if possible should correlate the colors of the 2nd attachment.
#2 It MUST be funky.
