Design for a logo

I am looking for a designer to create a logo for a website and a mobile game. Color Preferences: - I am open to suggestions for the color scheme. Intended Audience/Industry: - The logo is for young people playing a casual game. Details: The task involves Character design of a Humanized Cute Beagle, holding magic wand wearing a cloak, and "B" letter. (Wings are possible but not a must) See for example the provided JPG image. And creating a Logo with the character incorporating a provided name. The designer may modify or remove the background as necessary. The final deliverable should be a logo design suitable for both online and print use, including a fully vectorized format. Key Deliverables: Iterative revisions based on feedback for designing and finalizing the character and the logo. Final logo design in a fully vectorized format suitable for online and print applications. (As well character only, and name only versions of the logo) All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the logo design, concepts, and associated materials developed during the course of this project, shall be the exclusive property of the client. The designer agrees to transfer all rights, title, and interest in the final logo design to the client, and shall not retain any ownership or usage rights thereafter.
