Who We Are
UptimeHealth Is a software company from Boston, MA that has developed a platform for small to mid-sized outpatient healthcare facilities that streamlines the processes of medical equipment management while maintaining regulatory compliance. The software also provides clients with analytical dashboards to maximize cost-saving strategies and easily monitor, repair, and schedule regular maintenance.
Our team is now in the process of building out our newest compliance dashboard called Checkpoint. Checkpoint is a compliance dashboard for outpatient medical facilities who have to do regularly scheduled QA/QC testing daily and weekly on their medical equipment for each of their facilities. At the top of the page is a link to a rough draft, click through version of Checkpoint on our mockup software, Axure. We are now looking for a rockstar designer to help us take this basic version and turn it into something we can demo to our customers. (We would prefer this to be completed in HTML but an SVG file is ok too).
Scope of Work
Take the current rough draft version of the pages and design a better dashboard for each page (summary page, Facility 1 page, Facility 2 page, and facility 3 page).
Below is a link to a rough draft version in HTML of the Checkpoint dashboard Summary Page. This page will be used by leadership team members to gain access into each facility in real time to make sure each facility is completing their daily QA/QC checklist. The dashboard is broken out by different types of QA/QC task items. Ones that must be completed daily, weekly, and monthly. The dashboard also includes at the bottom of the page device status for maintenance.

Facility 1, 2, & 3 Pages
Below is a link to a rough draft version in HTML of the Checkpoint dashboard Facility pages 1, 2, and 3. These pages are specifically for the nurse managers of each facility. These pages are dashboards specific for each facility that lists each piece of equipment in that facility, the date that the QA/QC test should be completed, any notes, the owner of the task, and the status of that piece of equipment. The dashboard is broken out similarly to the summary page with more detail. Nurses should be able to interact with this dashboard to make “Edits” (see below). The dashboard also includes at the bottom of the page the upcoming maintenance work orders for equipment in the facility.

Create “Edit” Page
Add “Edit” Button to All Facilities Pages (1,2, and 3)
First, we need to add a box at the top of the facilities page next to the pic list tab that says “edit”. When you click on the edit button, it needs to open to a new page where the user can edit the data and sign off that he/she completed the scope of work by adding their initials.
Create New “Edit” Page
We then need to create a completely new page where the user can edit the data for the dashboards and sign off that he/she completed the scope of work and add any notes needed. We have not designed this and are open to suggestions.
