Custom Comic Book Style Superhero T-shirt

I'm looking for a unique, custom-designed t-shirt that features elements from a comic book style superhero narrative. The design should incorporate: - Superhero characters - Action scenes - Text or slogans The color scheme should be 'dark and moody', deviating from the typical bright and vibrant comic book palette. Skills required for the job include: - Proficiency in graphic design, particularly in creating comic book style illustrations - Experience in apparel design - Ability to creatively integrate text into visual designs - Understanding of color theory, with a capability to work within a 'dark and moody' scheme You should have a portfolio demonstrating your ability to create engaging, action-packed superhero designs. Experience with comic book style illustrations is particularly desirable. This is for my husbands book he wrote. I want to make him a shirt with the main character on it and the title of the book. It’s A post apocalyptic story set in Florida and the main character has the ability to control, lightning and rain. And there is a seen in the book where he is fighting the bad guy who also has powers (he is an human flame thrower and shoots fire from his hands and catches on fire) while fighting the main character realizes he is able to not only just make it rain or make lightning strike. But he is able to control the lightning. so he’s able to reach his hand in the air catch the lightning and then direct it towards whatever he wants to. For lack of a better way to describe it, he’s Thor without the hammer. So I don’t know, in my head it’s a regular early 20s caucasian guy, with dark black hair and scruffy facial hair regular clothing so probably pants and a T-shirt maybe some kind of tactical vest (they are going to war with the bad guys at the time) and with his arm up in the air catching lightning. I guess in the scene that I’m trying to describe they are fighting in front of a partly blown up condo building next to a river so since it’s Florida, obviously kind of tropical I don’t know if having the building in the background would add to it, but That’s the scene or it could just be the guy. I could also send a part of the book describing what’s happening in this scene I’m talking about if you need that, And if you need any other information, I will try to help. I would just like to have this made for my husband for Christmas, but I don’t know how to do it myself. I really have no idea what all of this would entail so please don’t be offended by my price range.
