The task at hand is not a huge one. I have some hand drawn mock ups of what I want the HTML website to look like.
There are only two pages. SO this should not be a massive task
Please make sure you look at the attached image first before making your comment, please say in your proposal that you have seen the two images otherwise you will be ignored. Just to filter out freelancer who dont actually read the brief
Specific requirements:
- Top nav bar needs to be always fixed to the top.
- You dont need to create any assets, just use some random fontello icons instead (I will replace later)
- The top nav bar buttons AND the rest of the template buttons should have a touch effect like these: [url removed, login to view] (for both mouse click an phone touch/tap)
