I am using a online order form at the moment that users fill in with their details and then they make payment online. I will share the link with the relevant freelancer upon reviewing your work and price given. You will look at the current design, re-create your version (100% identical) and set up the file on the server. Why I am doing this? - Current form is from another third party so I am paying monthly fee to use their service. With my won custom made form, I have no monthly fees to pay. Requirements - Order form to have full validation so everything is validated correctly - Form will have 4 pages within the same page: Logo & Stationery Design - Website Options - Design Brief - Payment - Customer should be able to pay at the last step (Payment) via PayPal OR Card Payment - Email confirmation containing all order info sent to customer and a copy sent to me - My website is at present responsive so your work will need to be responsive too Design - In attachment I have attached the designs for this order form. I will give you link to live version if you are selected. About the site - It is a very simple 11 pages website with static files (not wordpress) and has no CMS. - Website is using secured SSL at the moment My budget is $50-$100. Anything above this will be ignored. Thank you
