I’m looking for a dependable assistant who can move smoothly between three core areas of my daily workload. First, I need help keeping my Facebook and Instagram accounts active and on-brand. You’ll draft captions, schedule posts, respond to basic comments, and keep a simple log so I can see what went out and how it performed. Second, all of our visuals are produced in Canva. You should feel at home designing eye-catching social media posts, polished flyers, and the occasional presentation deck. I already have brand colours and fonts set—your job is to turn rough concepts or copy I provide into ready-to-publish graphics. Finally, there’s general administrative support: light email triage, updating spreadsheets, and similar routine tasks that free me up for bigger projects. This is an ongoing role paid at roughly $2 per hour, ideal if you’re fast, organised, and already spend a lot of your day inside Canva and social platforms.
