"You need to improve the typography though. Especially on the back...
Don’t use italics for anything on the back. Italics is usually just used
to emphasise one word or a short phrase. There are many spaces in
between some of the words and the whole thing is messy. It needs to be
carefully fixed up so that it looks organised and systematic. eg, all
the store locations including head office should be in bold. How about
starting all the addresses at the same TAB setting so that all of the
addresses start at the same position (ie, a little bit Queanbeyan). If
you don’t understand or are not sure, just get ride of all the extra
spaces for now. So all the stores in bold and all the phone numbers in
bold. Also you need to use more colour on the back please as these cards
will always be printed in full colour on the back and colour can make
the design more effective. So, give the store locations a colour and the
phone numbers a colour as well. The rest of the type should be black.
And all the text except store locations and phone numbers should be
regular (not bold or italic).
Changes for front:
Typography changes to match the new back.
A person’s position should as a rule (9 out of 10) appear below their
name in a smaller significantly smaller font.
So move NEIS Manager underneath the name and make it about 7 or 8 points
and not bold. Make the person’s name 12 points bold.
Change all italics to just roman.
Enlarge slogan (Member etc) at bottom to fit across the length of the
card nicely. *This* is appropriate to put in italics or bold italics.
Please decide which of these two looks better. Also please make this 30%
of that orange instead of white. ‘futures’ needs to have a capital F
Phone and fax number are missing the area codes.
The E, P and F are appropriate to keep in italic if you want as well.
Also make them white instead of black."
