Build a Website (web application)

My main goal of creating such web application is to create some text datasets for NLP research or in other words some json files with certain data inputted by the web application user. I simply need a tool so I could be able to create large json files with certain fields and be able to review each entry by multiple reviewers. The tool should be something similar to that: [login to view URL] but with different features. For example if I want to create the following dataset: [login to view URL] where the data has three fields, ItemID,Sentiment,SentimentText. ItemID would be incremented automatically, and the user would input the “SentimentText” which is just a text and the “Sentiment” which is a value indicating the sentiment of the text. And each entry would be saved into a database table which could be exported as a json file. Also, I want to have the ability to allow reviews to review any dataset (represented by database tables, or json files) they would just read an entry and mark as reviewed and correct or not correct. I want also to be able to create any dataset with any fields , and a description or instructions for the user on what should be written will be provided. Further information will be provided, and I would really appreciate to see some samples for this project first. Thanks,
