Build a Website

I need a designer to design a web page for my business. He needs to be able to do a nice web design and also code it in HTML's latest standards - that means no tables used for layout etc. Requirement for the page are following: General requirements: 1, As it will be an IT tech page, colors need to be appropriate to that 2, You don't have give a big effort into a logo design as it will be a subject to further contest, but of course you need to leave a place on a page for that, so at least something needs to be there. 3, used fonts need to be available publicly at least from the google (google fonts). it can not be something what would need to be additionally installed to PC 4, as the screen is horizontally oriented, the design should be also focus on horizontal layout rather then vertical - simply, no useless waste of space 5, all javascript rolling elements need to work Content requirements this I would divide into 2 parts: 1, general content (outer), which will be available always regardless of content of inner part (main content part) 2, inner part - that will be changed based on the user's action General content 1, there need to be a header part with logo 2a, place to log in with user and pwd input fields and submit button 2b, if user is logged in, then username display in the same place and a button for displaying user menu (rolldown) - items: profile, item2, item3, ..., Logout (need to be configurable) 3, there will be a dummy logo 4a, there will be a menu with items to be selected This submenu will be devided into 2 parts - Vendors and Technology. Which of these will be displayed will be up to user and therefore there will be a switch, which will change the displayed values - if Vendors is switched on, then items like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc will be displayed If the user switches to technology this will be changed to things like - Integration, Java, etc. 4b, This menu will have 2 levels submenu. So when the user positions mouse over any of the items from the menu, next level pops up and can be chosen 4c, This menu and submenus needs to be configurable and will be taken from database using PostgreSQL and PHP (scirpt for tables will need to be provided be developer). Also number of values is unlimited so needs to be treated like that. Even if there will be 1000 items, the page can not have broken design. (If you are a great designer with no knowledge of PHP, no worries, we'll somehow build it together) The mentioned above will be tha base. Following content will appear in the inner window and must be able later modified w/o affecting the outer stuff. Following I'd call Inner content A: 1, a search window (kind of goole) with submit button under that 2, there will be by default visible 3 tables with - the most popular, newest and best rated items. Each row will contain following information - date, description, user, rating 3, at the top of the inner content will need to be a path like Vendor > Area > Subarea. each of these values will be a hyperlink to the category. Inner content B (will be on a "item detail page"). 1, textarea with some IT product description 2, textarea with additional information to the product ( no need to care about the content) Based on all above - the output of the project will be 2 fully functional web pages, where 1, will be with non logged in user and tables in inner content 2, will be with logged user and detail content (textareas)
