Build me a website

I would like a website written. Firstly the user must be able to register supplying First name Last name Email Password Also on registration page include a captcha. Once they register I would like a confirmation page and on this page I would like a unique 7 number identifier, I would also like a confirmation of their registration and the unique number emailed to them. I would also like a PayPal payment solution written into this registration form so before their details are written to the db (and account created) they are redirected to a PayPal page and pay the subscription, once approved then redirected to the confirmation page showing the unique identifer Then a login page is required. Once the user logs in I would like then to have several options. The first option button brings up a webpage allowing them to type unlimited amounts text of text, also on this editor I want them to have the option to change between various fonts, sizes, bold, italic, underline. When they finish typing and click save I then want this document written to a webpage (non-editable) and linked to their identifier, the user should be able to go back and edit their work as much as they like. I want other unregistered users to be able to go to a seperate page within the site, type in the identifier and bring up the users work (non-editable) Within the user account I also want the option for then to click on a button and view their work as it would appear in a search as described above. Also in the users account I would like a function for the user to change password and address. So all up Registration page User account area (with described functions) Login page Identifier lookup (for non registered users) I would also like a forgotten password function included in the log in page This would need to be CSS heavy, with rounded corners on boxes, nice fonts and colours
