Build me a product website

Hi I require a website to be built but I don’t know where to start. I need the following: I am selling projects, gift vouchers where the buyer can either select from predefined voucher books or have the ability to create their own from a given list. e.g. there is a list of 20 vouchers and they can select up to 20 (minimum 5) to make up their own book. At the moment I only have the domain registered and the logo is WIP. I would like: • The ability for users to register – can this be linked to Facebook? • The ability for users to pay for goods • The ability for users to select predefined voucher books • The ability for users to select custom vouchers to make up their own book (this would be reflected in a higher price as the more you select the higher the price). If it is custom I would like this clearly identified listing the selections once I have received the order. • The ability for the user to write a comment with their order • The ability to have a bill to and ship to address • Discount code functionality • Ability to search the site • Purchase reminders (Did your customer leave something in their cart? Feature automatically sends an email reminding them to complete their purchase) • Newsletter sign up • Contact Form • To work on mobiles/tablets This is just a start of what I require.
