I need you to give me a quote to implement a back end system in my Photobooth website. I need: To be able to create contracts, send invoices, questionnaires, register all payments, and be notified when a client sign a contract. So, when clients contact me for quote: I log in into my web and send them a customized and detailed list of the services, a contract and a questionnaire for them to send back to me. Everything gets saved in my data base as INQUIRES. The clients get an email with a LINK for them to click and a private page will pop up asking for user and password (user is their first name as it appears in the contract and password the date of the event MMDDYYYY. They log in and they will have 4 tabs: 1. Contract/invoice 2. Queationnaire 3. Payment tab (deposit) 4. Design process When the client sign and make payment, I get automatically notified by email and the client info with all the documents (contract, questionnaire, etc...) automatically gets moved to BOOKED EVENTS. Once in the event I will have access to see a list by date of all the booked events and the details such as deposit made and remaining balance, if questionnaire was submitted, contract (I will autosign once they sign it), day of the event, location, email, number, name of the client, etc... I need to be able to input manually any payments (in case they pay cash or check) and this must be reflected in the clients database. At the end of the year , add up all the income and do the math for me for the taxes. Once the event is over I need some options: - Move the event to COMPLETED EVENT - SEND a thank you email with a LINK where can leave a review. ------ I need an editor where I can edit ,add or remove all my services, quantity and price, so I can custom build a package for the client. Build my own questionnaire Build my own contract And a few more thing I am using a third party website that does exactly the same thing I am asking you bit it's way more complicated and have many many many features but I want the basic ones that I have mentioned. I want to Integrate ip instagram gallery B. I upload all photos of the events in Facebook and I create a folder for every event. Is there any way to Integrate that into my website so walk folders appear in order chronological by date and when the folder is clicked it would take them to the Facebook folder? 2. Fix review section in footer section. A. Redesign all widgets, make it look better and easier for clients to see the reviews and leave one. For example yelp widget does not show the actual reviews. B. Add Google plus reviews to that section C. Google images for "wedding wire couple choice award" from 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 and add them (replace the old ones) *Note: I know there is a few different review's sources and it might get too busy. I want to make it look as simple as possible but on the other hand to make sure the clients see all great reviews from different sources. I trust your experience and skills to make that section looks great. 3. Check the full website for bugs, Google friendly compatibility, basic seo, make it load faster, all device compatible, make sure the coding is correct, Check all meta tags, descriptions, title, etc... of the photos to make it better for Google and people to find the page. 4. On Wedding, Events and Companies pages Fix: (Image quality, personalization, fun props, attendant, etc....) the html coding is missing something. A. When I add little text to the description next to the photos it get misaligned (please fix that) B. I want the Picture on the left and text on the right, the next Picture on the right and text on the left... and so on alternating them. 5. Animated gif is stretched out. I need it to be fixed. (There is a few pages with the same 2 gif samples, please fix all) 6. Add Multilanguage English the way it is and Spanish (do the same as my soccer page and automatically let the plugin translate it to Spanish USA and then I will edit if there is something wrong). Please send me a good quote for this.
