We a looking for artistic (graphics) designer and supervisor for business websites development.
This is artistic design job. This is not web development job. Development is a second stage, after a design is ready. Knowledge about web design is helpful and appreciated, but we don't expect you to do coding.
Target viewers of most websites will be business - the purpose of the websites will be to sell business products or services. Some websites will be for consumer products or services. All websites are aimed at selling a product or a service.
Preferred communication language is English, but some of our team members can also speak Spanish, Russian, Polish and Japanese, so at least in some projects one of these languages would be also welcome. Short response time is essential, because any delay in your response may cause downtime in the other team members'work. We are in GMT timezone. Our team work from very early morning till late night. Some developers work during weekends as well. It doesn't mean you have to be available all that time. Quite the opposite - you can work flexible hours. In exchange it would be just nice if you could promptly answer at least quick questions with short, quick answers.
An ideal candidate would have relevant artistic education end experience. Combined with knowledge about SEO and marketing.
We don't expect you to do web development. We assume other team members will do this job, but you could join this part as well if you wish.
We are looking for candidates for a long term partnership. The budget I'm posting is an average, estimated budget for an artistic design of an average website, based on our past experience. Each new case is different, so we will quote the projects case by case.
Please write what design tool you'd like to use and what desing formats you could deliver to web developers. When you become a meber of our team, we can give you tools like [login to view URL] We would prefer to avoid avoid more expensive tools, but this is to be discussed.
Please ask if you need any more details.
Please write your questions in your proposal. Please don't request me to begin our contact from "come to chat to discuss details". Please describe in your proposal the details you want discuss. I hate [login to view URL]'s chat. Their UI design is extremely unfriendly. We have to use it later, anyway, but please at least don't force me to begin with it.
