Adobe InDesign wizard

This is a long term exciting opportunity. We are a full service marketing agency and are rolling out digital marketing material for our customers. I ma looking for real genius that fully understands all the capabilities of InDesign on the interactive side. That understands limitations of different file formats and guide to put together the right technology and make it traceable utilizing google anytics. Nobody knows everything (the key to success is find out what you are not good at and then don't do it. So as you look at the list of skillsets below that I need be aware that I dont expect to find someone that can do all these things effectively. What i do expect that you tell me honestly which of these tasks you are really good at. I am not looking for mediocre. I am looking for something special. If you like cookie cutter cranking out 10 logos a day then this is not for you Skills I am looking for 1.) In Depth understanding of Adobe Indesign 2.) Special focus on the interactive features of Indesign 3.) Understanding of limitations of different file formats, technologies (flash, HTML)] 4.) Attention to detail 5.) Understanding of google analytics to allow us to produce marketing material that can be tracked 6.) Ability to write custom report in Google analytics 7.) proofreading and editing text copy in english 8.) and eye for design, asthetic and proportions in your reply let me know which of these skills you possess.
