Add some functionality in site

some homepage PSD files on the homepage need to be switched out. Instead of reading "Born for Music" it should read "We Break Records". Once someone registers, we would like their email automatically added to a newsletter. After a user registers, they receive a link to their profile, but before they can access the page, they should check our terms and conditions and accept it (currently getting finalized by our lawyer). Originally our plans were to have “Artists” send mp3 files via email to the “DJ”, but that method is chaotic because there’s far too many emails. Since we have a server, it’s best we just store the mp3 files on the site. They'll fill out the form to upload the mp3 file to their dashboard: artist name, song name, genre, etc. Once they’v uploaded the mp3 file to the site, they can submit it to “DJs” (DJs will see the artist name and song title, but can expanded it for the additional information from the form). Once a DJ listens to it, they’ll click a check mark to let the “artist” know the song was heard. They also have the option to click an up vote arrow (artists won’t see this information; only admins; I’ll explain why “data” section) If a DJ wants to play the music at their event, they have the option to click “accept”. “Artists will see this on their end. If a song isn’t accepted, it will read “pending” until the date of the event has passed and “pending” will change to “pass” Data: analytics will become important as we grow. for the first 90 days I want to allow DJs to freely up vote music they listen to and eventually, I can rank songs based on the following criteria. how often do DJs actually select the music to play at their events (accepted) how much DJs upvoted the mp3 file I want to compare this information both locally within their local markets and outside of their network. Whenever a user has a question, they can send a message to Barry, Darius, or Jerry and we can answer it via a chat conversation within 48 hours. (you’ll have access to our profiles as well). Underneath the event's link shortener should be a share button, after the share button is clicked, a popup (similar to souncloud's layout) will allow them to share their events on social media (See attachment "share"). Allows them to share on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Google+, Pinterest, Email For Instagram: just the photo will show.
