Job Description:

This is an Online system where there will be two types of users:

1. Shop Owners

Shop owners will create shop (parent brand) and branch pages (One parent brand can have multiple branches under it) from their login (by providing details like name, location (With google location map), photos, phone numbers etc) . Will create deals (Like buy 1 get 1 free or 50% off etc) either for all the shops together or for specific branch and publish in the platform. The offers will be shown under the shop/branch page.

2. Customers

Customer can see all the shops from their screen based on location selected and the category of the shop which he wants to see and open the shop page to see the deals and can accept the deals by clicking on the usage button on the deal.

Deal types:

Some deals can be on going and some can be one time (Once used by a customer he can not see that deal again).

The deal that will be shown to the customer will also depend upon the customer category with the shop. Every shop will have some generic offers that can be shown to all customers and some customer category based offer. Customer category for a shop can change over time and determined by the shop owner.

Loyalty point based system:

There should be an additional loyalty point based system. If a shop wants it can create a loyalty point based system where with every purchase the customer will earn loyalty point based on amount purchased and customer category for the shop (Loyalty point earning mechanism as percentage of purchase amount based on customer category needs to be defined by each shop and can be changed by the shop from time to time). The amount will be entered from the shop owner's login for the customer based on customer's customer ID. The customer can see the amount entered and loyalty point earned and total loyalty point available for a shop. Once a loyalty point based deal is used by a customer the same will be deducted from the customer's loyalty point account.

The system should keep a record of all the offers utlised by a customer and will generate various reports for offer usages for customer as well as for shops.
