X Ultimate Wordpress Theme Project

I am looking for a professional to design a beautiful, professional website for my company using the new X The Ultimate Wordpress theme. I have already purchased the X template and have written copy for the website. Attached you will find a Word document, "Outline for Website" that clearly shows you how I would like for the website to function. I am not a designer so this file has been provided as an outline or flow chart--not as a sample design. When you first arrive at the home page I want a visitor to be able to see ALL of the following without scrolling: (1) narrow banner with the company name, (2) pull down menu across the top, (3) slider header, (4) four red buttons, and (5) a series of smaller buttons that remain at the top when you scroll down. For an example of what I am talking about look at the home page for the X template. Here's a link: [login to view URL] As I mentioned, on the home page there will be four buttons (red in my diagram). The first button will take you to a page that is actually the continuation of the home page that acts like a one page website. The copy for this page is included in the above mentioned document. The small buttons (blue in my diagram) are always visible to provide easy navigation on an otherwise long page. See the link above for an example of how the buttons work. Notice how the dark gray buttons are visible when you first arrive and they remain at the top no matter which one you click on. They actually provide navigation to different sections on a rather long home page similar to mine. The other three buttons will take short pages that function more like squeeze pages that link to AWeber. These will involve some short forms and capture information. AWeber should be able to handle the rest. Also, there will be six simple pages under the"Our Company" section such as Contact Us, About Us, Blog, Affiliates, Free Advertising, and Privacy Policy. I have also written copy for each of this pages at will supply to the whomever I choose to handle this project.. Although the X template includes Woo Commerce, it will need to be utilized for a few products and my merchant account will need to be set up to work properly, too. Also, it will be important to add the best plugins for SEO, security, Affiliates, etc. I think there is also a plugin to link Affiliates with Woo Commerce. In summary, this website will need to be professional, beautiful, convert sales, and be designed rather quickly. In fact, I will give special consideration to web designers who can handle this project in a timely manner. Although this website may be small, it is very important that you are able to pay close attention to detail to that it looks sharp and functions easily and quickly.
