I am eagerly looking for new talented independent artists that I can work with over the course of a year to design custom content for my online gaming community. I already have a small existing group of designers/programmers/artists that work to develop new fresh content for my group. I want you to think of this as a long term business relationship that can extend to other projects apart from my gaming community. As of right now I am in desperate need of thumbnails, icons, and banners that need to be developed. My current team is too backlogged to handle the volume of work we are dealing with now. This project I am posting on Freelancer is relatively easy and simple and if we like what you offer we can move on to greater things. I am looking for someone with a background in the following: online gaming, photoshop, and web design. Big bonus if you can work over Skype!!! So there's no confusion regarding the budget of the project. Per thumbnail, banner, and icon will be commissioned between $30-250 for each completed work. Payment for a specific design will never exceed past $250 unless I am very impressed with your work but overall payment for a year work working with me will definitely exceed $250 due to the amount of content we need designed.
