Design a Website Mockup

Currently developing business effectiveness diagnostic tool that asks a series of 66 questions, 6 questions per performance construct. Respondents rate out of 0 (dont know) to 9 (Always happens) the current state versus ideal state on these and based on averaged scores the tool will produces a report outlining company strengths, weaknesses and recommendations. I am separating out design from website construction. Responding service providers can bid on either or both. The website will require 10 sections across a main menu at the top. These sections are: • Background – general information about the tool • Business Alignment Wheel outlining the model used at the heart of the process • Payment gateway – where payments can be processed on line visa mastercard EFT • Questionnaire – where respondents complete the online questionnaire 66 questions • Report – where respondents can view their results online or view via PDF up to 30 pages linked to specific identified gaps • Validation studies – where sources are displayed including the validation study on the BA • Background on the company and founders– PeakeMore consul ting group including client lists • Consulting support – where companies can request consulting support to implement the findings from the report • Contact Us – company details for contact purposes • Administration – section for administrators having access to a range of reports regarding usage/volume. In addition to website, the output in a report format also needs to be designed Website design guidelines: • Website mock up needs to be designed including the look and feel of the tool. • This includes the overall design, suggested logo and look and feel of the site including graphics. • The site should be modern, contemporary, corporate, lots of clean white space, functional, slim line, elegant and professional. • Bold deep rich dark colours, (not pastals) clean lines, geometric minimalist designs. Small elegant fonts (apple font) Colourful • Use of the current images will be provided in a sample report and may be used as part of the design. to be provided to successful bidder • The website design and report design should all be consistent in style with consistent design elements used across both. • The questionnaire should be also available to be printed off as hard copy as well as accessible via the website.
