I am looking for a animation developer who can build within a month a software API which converts written text to 2d/3d video.
The input to the API should be a text description and the output should be a 2d/3d video which describes the text description exactly.
Also there must be additional feature like preview video to see if the outside video is desired or not.
In the beginning there must be a fixed well defined avatars from which the user can choose from.
For example
If the text says that I am going now for shopping.
Selected avatar : a girl
Result:
A video showing a girl going to shopping.
Some things to note : one action should not be more than 2 minutes shown in the video.
