I am looking for a Personal Assistant to help me with my company, we're looking for someone who has experience working in the office environment in similar position previously.
You need to have the following skills:
-) Administration Skills (you need to be well verse in Microsoft Office products)
-) English and Telemarketing Skills (you need to have Skype account and will be required to call potential customers, good conversational English is a must)
-) Graphic Design Skills (you will be required to create marketing materials, you must have the skills to create html and pdf marketing documents as well as the skills to manipulate images and photos)
-) Email Marketing Skills (you need to have experience using email marketing platform such as verticalresponse as you will be required to create marketing templates).
You also need to exhibits the following quality:

Successful candidate need to sign Non Disclosure Agreement before starting work. After trial period, successful candidate is very likely to be employed on regular basis.
