Webapplication: create a site where people get paid for sharing, tweeting, liking and visiting websites

On the site, users must be able to register. When logged in, they must see a dashboard where they can:
1. Share a URL on their Twitter account
The software must be able to know if the URL has effectively been tweeted. If it has been tweeted, the visitor must get a credit (a small amount of money on his account)
2. Share a URL on their Facebook account
The software must be able to know if the URL has effectively been shared. If it has been shared, the visitor must get a credit (a small amount of money on his account)
3. Share a URL on their Google+ Profile
The software must be able to know if the URL has effectively been shared. If it has been shared, the visitor must get a credit (a small amount of money on his account)
4. Like a Facebook fanpage
The software must be able to know if the fanpage has effectively been liked. If it has been liked, the visitor must get a credit (a small amount of money on his account)
5. Subscribe for a newsletter
Visitors must be able to subscribe for a newsletter -> I will provide subscription form and API details
6. Visit websites
See detailed explanation in attachment. They must visit a website from Google and the webapplication must know if user actually visited the website. You probably will have to built a widget I can put on my site, that captures users IP to check if they actually visited it.
Requirements
- Site design must be delivered by you (I have no mockups)
- Site must work on mobile browsers - use mobile friendly design
- Site must work in all major webbrowsers
- Site must be SEO friendly
- Site can be build in English, but the final website needs to be put in Dutch - I will provide translations
