My company needs a simple inventory management web application for a customer. Our customer needs a web form that shows their current stock levels. They can then add or decrease the current stock levels on the same form showing their current stock levels. When stock levels fall below or rise above certain levels set in the admin site.
We also need an administration page to add and remove SKU - items.
FRONT END PAGE
Display current stock levels for around 100 items on a single page.
Search bar to jump to the item searched for.
Show information at the top about the salesman and basic contact information.
Submit button so the customer knows that the item stock has been updated.
Alter salesman info at top. Can be a single field where plain html can be input.
Add / Edit items/skus.
Manually alter stock levels in admin page.
Set man/max stock levels for each item.
When an item falls outside of the min/max range an email needs to be sent to the salesmans email address.
A weekly report needs to be sent to the salesmans email address showing current stock levels of all items.
The users are not techies. This needs to be a simple form so that a single location can manage inventory levels, and our salesman can replenish their stock based upon the min max levels set in the admin page.
If you have any questions please send them right away.
