Live Auction Website

I am looking for a freelancer that can build me the EXACT same website as [login to view URL] I am actually to my point of frustrations as I posted on Elance and wasted 3 weeks waiting only to get a designing of something I did NOT want. So I will be very specific as possible in order for you to understand what I want. 1st my suggestion would be to log in to [login to view URL] and you will need a facebook account in order to get in. LOOK around the ENTIRE site. All the features, Auction Rooms, Feedback, LIVE Auctioneer, The buyers are Charactures the whole 9 yards. This is the EXACT site I would like created for me. I have a hosting plan and a domain name. I just need a SERIOUS freelancer to make this site for me. Communication is important to me, I would like to feel like I can ask a question and not feel like I am taking up YOUR time as I am the one paying and want be feel assured I am getting what I want. I am sorry if any part of this seems cocky but again. I have wasted 3 weeks on a freelancer who did not have a clue. I have uploaded photos and marked what I would like changed or added. I also would like the following things changed that Tophatter does NOT offer and or things that currently drive sellers crazy. I would like people to be able to enter their own items directly into the auction without approval. ( Automatic Scheduling ) I would like all customers and sellers to pay via Paypal ONLY I would like it to be set up that a seller is not able to list more items if their sellers fees reach $50 they must pay sellers fees at that time in order to continue to list item ( This is currently the set up on Tophatter) I would like to be able Change backgrounds in each auction rooms to different scenery. When Holidays arrive, I would like the users to be able to change their outfits to the holiday theme ( This is currently offered in Tophatter) For example girls now have the option to switch their clothing to a heart dress etc. Sellers must pay A fee for each item that is scheduled into the live auction. The fee will be as followed - 10% of bid, plus $1.00 to schedule go to my paypal account and the seller is not able to list a new item in the auction until the seller fees have been paid. Client Testimonials aka feedback and allow sellers to leave follow up comments I would like buyers to be able to pay for their items in 1 single transaction instead of having to pay for each item won at a time. Non payers will be limited to 2 negative feedback received for nonpayment and they will be banned from the site. All customers Pay via Paypal On the page for Today's Auctions I would like to be able to have the following auction rooms Handbag Showcase Fashion Jewelry Showcase Ring Showcase Electronic Showcase Supplies Showcase Daily Showcase Accessores & More Showcase I'd like to be able to created other showcases All shipping items require a tracking number I would like to be able to allow more advanced sellers be able to run a partner auction where they can list up to 200 items for a live auction. 30% of the final sales goes to me. Tophatter currently charges this AND a 30% shipping fee I do not want the sellers to pay any shipping fee as I do not feel this is fair. Sellers already pay paypal a shipping fee why should they pay me too. I'd also like sellers to create their own community auction that limits them to 75 items.
