# Recruitment Website Specification
A functional and in-depth website to use as a tool rather than just something to look at in order to aid our functionality and availability to clients and candidates and also to assist with our internal administration.
The website will need to feature a CMS so that we can update the website internally as and when we require. We also wish to be able to view and manage our stats so we can see where our traffic is coming from and what is causing it so we can build on this information moving forward.

# Back-end Functionality
Home page: to detail a brief overview of our services and a bit about us.
Meet the Team: doesn’t really need much apart from photos and names of the staff – potential in the future to maybe use this area to post YouTube videos. This page needs to have a CMS that we can use internally to update ourselves. Candidate page: candidates to have the ability to create an account where they fill basic details in and tick boxes with sectors they have interest and experience in and be able to upload a CV to be able to do “one click applying” on existing or future job adverts.
Have the ability to mail shot candidates who select certain industries when vacancies become available in their selected area when a new job becomes available – job alerts. Be able to send the job alerts and then these will have a link to directly land them onto the appropriate job vacancy.

Once they have created an account they can then have the option to access online forms in order to complete more information such as work history and internal documents for payroll etc which can then link up to our internal system that we have in place (Temp ID)
Ability to download documents eg P46 and payroll documents and also upload completed forms so we can access them as and when necessary.
Temps to be able to contact us to inform us of any changes such as bank details/phone numbers.
Customer Page: Ability to create their own account to enable them to have access to invoices/statements and post new job requirements that they have that require filling with our temps.
New enquires being linked to our 24 hour oncall number – maybe through the use of an “online chat” system or via email alerts so we can deal with the enquiry immediately.
Job vacancies page: CMS – will want to update this page every day so will need to be functional and flexible. Have the ability to use various fonts and text and also pictures. This area will need to be linked with all our social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
