Edit a wordpress templates search filter

Hello,

I have a website [url removed, login to view] which is made from a wordpress template. The website template has its own search form in order to search listed vehicles. The whole site is a vehicles listings site.

1)The search Form needs to be in the homepage needs to be changed. I need for someone to make it possible for viewers to choose multiple vehicle locations at the same time. For now it does not have the choice to filter by location but I need that parameter to be in the search filter and also I need the search filter to display check boxes so that the viewer can choose multiple locations.

2)The search form must have a filter that would filter submitted vehicles based on their age. The template has such an option, but you can only search for a specific year which is uncomfortable. What I need is for the search form to be able to filter the submitted cars by choosing a period 'from year...to year...'. The years should be given and not typed in by every viewer.

3)I also need to add a filter that would filter by the cars mileage. It has to work the same way as the age filter. The user can choose a already given minimum mileage and also a maximum mileage.

I have some information already that could be very useful for doing this job which I will be happy to share. Since the information that I have already has to do with coding I would prefer a professional to do that.
