Create a small website

We want to create a small website where people can predict the outcome of FIFA World Cup 2014. Please have a look at the Excel spreadsheet in the attachment. We want the same thing into the website, but with some more functions: - Main page: FIFA World Cup 2014 theme. Space for a top banner and text about the site..SignIn and registration button. - Sign-up by E-mail or Facebook. Prevent spam registration. Users need to fill in first name, last name, E-mail and username. - Users can create group that is private or public. - Users can invite people to the group through E-mail or Facebook. - Administrator of the group can administrate users. - Administrator of the group can change value of the points. Standard given points are written below. - Administrator of the group can insert a top banner and write something about the group. - Administrator of the group can select when to close for bets by selecting date and time. Bets for each match will automatically close before the match starts. - Chat window for the group. - User predict the outcome by filling out a form. Users can change the outcome whenever he/she wants until the bets are closed. - Users can see other peoples predicted outcome. - List total number of participants in the group. - Administrator of the site update score results for each match and current top scorer. - Leaderboard that updates automaticaly. - Notification E-mail are sent when results are updated. Copy of the leaderboard will be sent with this mail. There should also include ad space in the mail. - Ad space. - Responsive design so it will fit for iPhone, Android etc. - We will accept Joomla or Wordpress template. - All design must be created by hired freelancer. Simple design accepted. Use World Cup 2014 themes. Do a search on google for World Cup Brazil 2014. - All data should be stored in a database. Standard points will be given like this: Group stage: Correct score = 3 points Correct winner or draw = 1 point. Each correct team that goes to round of 16: 5 points Round of 16: Correct score = 3 points Correct winner = 1 point. Each correct team that goes to Semi-final: 3 points Semi-Finals: Correct score = 3 points Correct winner = 1 point. Third-Place Play-Off : Correct score = 7 points Correct winner= 5 point. Final: Correct score = 10 points Correct winner = 15 points. Top scorer of the cup = 15 points. User can freely type in one player and which country he plays for.
